Terms & Conditions

• The product is identical to ours
• The retailer is a national authorised stockist
• The price we will match is the advertised price that is displayed on the competitors website and does not include any promotional codes
• Our Price Match Promise is only available on watches. It is not available on Jewellery.
• We will ask you to provide the relevant authorised retailers name, and the advertised product price.
• The product must be brand new, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK.
• We do not price match offers that are exclusive of taxes or duties, such as duty-free or ex-VAT prices.
• New Cavendish Jewellers reserves the right to exclude Interest Free Finance Options when matching a price with another authorised retailer – exceptions may be made upon consideration.
• The item must be identical to ours in Model Name, Colour, Finish, Strap Type etc.
• Our Price Promise does not apply if the selected authorised stockist is no longer an Authorised Retailer.
• Items sold as part of any product bundles at discounted prices or with free items (i.e. buy one get one free) will not be matched.  Please ask in store or online to see if there is an alternative offer available.
• If New Cavendish Jewellers are matching a price with another retailer this will be classed as a discount, in which case the item will not include the opportunity to include a gift or experience.
• Our price promise cannot be used when paying by gift card, promotional offer or LMG gem card.
