Please complete the following returns checklist in order to qualify for free returns. Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.

Please note refunds cannot be applied to sale items but an exchange is possible.

Returns Periods

Any items purchased at our normal full retail price from our website may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault. Please note that we cannot refund returned items unless all elements on the Returns Checklist are confirmed. Please note this refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for individual store policies please contact the store directly.

*Any purchases returned after the allocated period will be left to the management's discretion.

Criterion For Refund/Returns Check List

Please see below for details necessary for a refund to be effected – watches, much like jewellery, are personal items & as such, the following must be adhered to for a refund to be applicable:

• The watch(es) must be returned in their original packaging
• If we have resized the bracelet, please return all links – please note we cannot accept any item resized or adjusted by a third party
• Unless explicitly specified, all items are new & without any scratches or marks – an item returned with any visible marks that were not present on dispatch may affect the refund procedure
• we take great care over our products & a picture is taken of every item before dispatch to ensure you receive the best possible service.

Please return the item via Royal Mail insured Special Delivery or another suitably secure courier – charge for this return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Prior to return, please let us know as soon as possible that you wish to return an item & we will email you with a Returns Authorisation Number – Kindly contact us via phone on 020 7487 5628 or email at info@newcavendishjewellers.com to arrange this number. No returns would be accepted without Returns Authorisation Number.
