Not only were they super responsive to emails, but their engagement on the phone from ordering through to delivery was just exceptional. I arranged to pick up the watch in person and am glad I did. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I first visited in February and they recommended I return once the weather had warmed up and I had had longer to decide on how much smaller to make my engagement ring. When I returned they were then able to resize my opal ring without damaging the opal and were really helpful in deciding what size to settle on. Considering my fingers change size constantly and opals are quite delicate I was happy with the service. I chose New Cavendish Jewellers on a personal recommendation and they didn’t disappoint.

I was referred by a very good friend to NCJ on the basis that he would provide exceptional advice and service in relation to my inquiry regarding the purchase of a reasonably expensive Panerai watch.
