Have to say NCJ provided one of the quickest & best purchasing experiences of a quality watch. My wife and I are occasional visitors to London and chanced upon New Cavendish Jewellers several weeks ago. We were most impressed with the service, knowledge and attention provided during our initial visit, not to mention the extensive range of watches. I visited them to discuss the potential purchase of a new IWC, the team are phenomenal & knowledgeable, they have a great selection of timepieces from a broad range of top tier brands. I had plenty of time to get a feel for the IWC along with any and all the other watches I wanted to try on. We talked for a good hour about numerous brands and models. I am sure I will be back for my next piece soon. The customer experience was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. While we talked a few other potential customers come in I can say they were greeted with the same excellent service. After a long and extensive search for a new watch, I happened upon New Cavendish Jewellers while exploring Marleybone during a recent trip to London. Something about the store just drew me in... The selection is fantastic and the shop is both inviting and personal without the pressure or pretense of many of the other larger outlets. After my initial visit I followed-up with a phone call and Jonathan, Jitesh and the entire NCJ team were a delight to work with on the purchase of my new Jaeger LeCoutre Polaris. The watch arrived without fuss and in perfect condition. NCJ will be my first option for any additional watch or jewelry purchases in the future.

Walking down Marylebone High Street I was struck by a Panerai watch in the window of New Cavendish Jewelers, and walked into the store. Just returning from a month in the Arctic Circle, I was wearing worn jeans, beat up hiking boots, a bush jacket and a beard that had not been shaven for a month. Fully expecting to be turned away as a vagrant, I was surprised to be met with open arms and cordial service that is rare today in London. I consider that Panerai watch one of my favorites, among the several watches that I have purchased from New Cavendish. If you are sick of the pretentiousness of the many in London, I suggest you try New Cavendish Jewellers and let them remind you what purchase experience was supposed to be.

I instantly developed a strong rapport with both Jitesh and Nicola which always helps when making a significant purchase. They were well informed and more importantly were effortlessly able to source the limited Blancpain timepiece I required direct from Switzerland in a very short amount of time. Unfortunately, having taken two pieces of jewellery in to them to receive written valuations for insurance purposes, it was disappointing to find out one of the pieces was not what I believed it to be. Nicola was a great help to us, she provided a great service with outstanding professional advice in terms of watch selection, maintenance and global warranty. My fiance and I purchased IWC and Cartier watches and she was happy and patient to help with any questions we had. As overseas customers, they have been very flexible with the transaction and also provided us with a great level of detail as to how to reclaim our VAT at Heathrow and the transaction was extremely easy to complete. After returning back to Australia, we have been telling our friends how lucky we are to find such an amazing jeweller just around the corner from our hotel!
