About Us

 In 1982, Navin & Raksha Shah saw the opportunity to acquire New Cavendish Jewellers on New Cavendish Street. Already working within the Jewellery trade, they saw an opportunity to begin their own legacy. The business quickly outgrew the space on New Cavendish Street and in 1987, they took up their new premises on Marylebone High Street, our home to this day. A commitment built on culture, entrepreneurship and determination flowered into partnerships and relationships, many of which continue to this day.

Navin was a born salesman, a risk taker with vision while Raksha was meticulous with an eye for Jewellery, especially her favourite Pearls. They built a foundation of Brands alongside exquisite Jewellery that remains themainstay of the business. Sadly, Navin Shah took his onward journey in 2018 leaving both a wonderful professional legacy and incredible memories. Today, Raksha alongside their Son, Jitesh, continue the story, clients becoming great friends and creating more memories Navin would be proud of.

From the beginning, Navin and Raksha aimed to build their own identity. Today, New Cavendish Jewellers is proud to remain independent, creating a unique space within the Watches and Jewellery world of Central London.
