The Le Petit Prince collaboration returns to celebrate their 20th anniversary with IWC Pilot's watches. A series of four examples are delivered to commemorate this special occasion.
Less is more: the Pilot's Watch 36mm reduces the design and technical functionality of a pilot's watch to its pure essence.
This version features a robust and corrosion-resistant stainless steel case with a diameter of 36 millimetres, a blue dial, and gold rhodium-plated hands. The high-contrast dial with white numerals and indices, the triangular index at 12 o'clock, and luminous elements ensure easy readability in all lighting conditions. Precision is ensured by the IWC-manufactured 32102 caliber with automatic winding and a power reserve of 120 hours.
As with its historic predecessor, a soft-iron inner case protects the movement from the effects of magnetic fields. The front glass is specially secured so that it cannot detach from its place even in the event of a sudden pressure drop. The Pilot's Watch Mark XX Le Petit Prince is water-resistant to 10 bar and is fitted on a blue calf leather strap with a pin buckle.
