The NOMOS Glashutte Orion Neomatik New Black is a modern interpretation of combining the classic dress watch with a relaxed sense of playfulness. Solid watchmaking does not take a back seat here either as the watch is powered by a Manufacture self winding movement entirely developed and finished by NOMOS Glashutte.
The NOMOS Glashutte Orion is reminiscent of other times—both the future and the past. Its lenticular form, when seen from the side, calls to mind a spaceship. Futuristic and yet still traditional, manual caliber Alpha—the very first NOMOS movement—is visible through the sapphire crystal glass back; featuring rubies, blued screws, Glashütte ribbing, sunburst decoration, and NOMOS perlage.
Retaining the minimalist, design led focus akin to all NOMOS Glashutte models, the Orion family carries a domed sapphire glass with an applied baton dial enhancing the luxury of this already sleek deisgn.
Powered by the automatic NOMOS DUW 6101 caliber, visible through the sapphire crystal glass back; the well finished movement offers the wearer up to 42 hours of power reserve.
