The 44 mm steel case revisits the historic Luminor architecture inspired by the Ref. 6152/1 of the 1960s. Its Destro configuration positions the crown protective bridge on the left side, a functional solution originally developed for naval divers wearing the watch on the right wrist, preserving the cushion geometry and domed crystal while translating these elements for the first time into this contemporary size.

A matte blue sandwich dial for the first time on a Luminor Destro construction. Its two-layer construction enhances legibility in all light conditions, while the large 12, 3, 6 and 9 numerals reinforces the instrument character of the watch. The clean display, without small seconds, is paired with light brown vintage leather and blue rubber straps.

Hand-wound movements remain fundamental to Panerai’s watchmaking expertise, echoing the robust calibres that powered its early underwater instruments. The P.6000 delivers a three-day power reserve, a stable balance wheel beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour and a stop-balance wheel fro precise synchronization. Visible through the open caseback, it features blue engravings and horizontally brushed plates.
