This 2017 Rolex Cosmograph Daytona reference 116505 pairs the sporting pedigree of Rolex’s iconic chronograph with the warmth of 18ct Everose Gold, the manufacture’s proprietary rose-gold alloy. Its 40mm case and matching Oyster bracelet frame an elegant rose-pink dial with baguette-cut diamond hour markers, complemented by three tonal chronograph counters and an engraved tachymetric bezel. Delivered in 2017, this model carries the softer pre "Sundust" dial.
At its heart is the Rolex calibre 4130, a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement renowned for its precision and reliability. Featuring a column wheel and vertical clutch for smooth chronograph operation, alongside approximately 72 hours of power reserve, it combines sophisticated engineering with everyday practicality.
Presented as a full set with its original box and warranty card, this example is in exceptional pre-owned condition, with a few light hairline marks but otherwise pristine presentation. Discontinued in 2023, the reference 116505 remains a distinctive expression of the Daytona, combining the substance of solid Everose gold with the understated brilliance of a diamond-set dial.
