The classic face is immediately recognisable as Jaeger-LeCoultre, with a type font that is increbile legible, a light guilloche dial with sub seconds. The reverse face shows a hour and minutes dial framed by a Clous de Paris decorated space with a 24 hour day/night indicator at 6 o'clock.
A switch built into the top of the reversible part of the case adjust the hour on this dial exclusviely which in turn also move the day/night indiciator while the classic face remains set to the home time. Ingenious.
