After Sales Services - Watches and Jewellery

At New Cavendish Jewellers, we are able to provide a total After Sales service for both watches & Jewellery. Alongside the Brands we work with as a retailer; we are able to assist on looking after the majority of high end timepieces including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Panerai, Blancpain, Tag Heuer, Hublot, Oris and many more - we are have exclusive partners specialising in the repair of vintage timepieces too. Many small Watch and Jewellery repairs can be undertaken on-site but we also have our own off-site repair centre. Most watch batteries and strap replacements can be done on-site usually on the same day, while more serious watch repairs are worked upon by our own accredited watchmakers alongside the Official service centres for the Brands.

Watches Repairs

• Batteries, watch straps & bracelet link adjustments done on-site for most major Brands
• Battery & reseals – please inquire for further details, all watches are resealed and tested for water resistance
• Branded watch straps – many are kept in stock but watch straps can also be ordered for most major Brands
• Full Service for both Quartz & Mechanical timepieces – anything from vintage pocket watches to contemporary and even  complicated watches – estimates raised where necessary
• Watch valuations for all Brands for insurance & probate

Jewellery Repairs

• Ring resizing in virtually all metals using state of the art laser technology - repairs are usually fulfilled within two working weeks
• Ring re-tipping, general claw work, re-setting & general aesthetic repair work
• Rhodium plating, gold/rose gold plating & polishing
• Jewellery design from existing items
• Jewellery valuations for probate & insurance purposes
• Restringing of all types
