Have been searching London for a particular watch for a few months. I came across NCJ and phoned up. The rep on the phone was super helpful and friendly and even gave me travel tips on the best way to get to them on the tube. Service in the store was perfect and just what I was looking for when buying a new watch - talked me through the watch, resized it and had an interesting general chat about watches that we all liked. Was really exactly what I was looking for from a watch buying experience. My only regret is that I had the bracelet sized to what I thought was right and overruled their advice...annoyingly (for me) they were right - just goes to show their level of expertise :)

I was introduced to New Cavendish Jewellers through a friend, specifically to purchase a new Panerai watch. Not only were they super responsive to emails, but their engagement on the phone from ordering through to delivery was just exceptional. I arranged to pick up the watch in person and am glad I did. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I first visited in February and they recommended I return once the weather had warmed up and I had had longer to decide on how much smaller to make my engagement ring. When I returned they were then able to resize my opal ring without damaging the opal and were really helpful in deciding what size to settle on. Considering my fingers change size constantly and opals are quite delicate I was happy with the service. I chose New Cavendish Jewellers on a personal recommendation and they didn’t disappoint.
